Clarion County Adventures is a division of The Children’s Scholarship Fund of Pennsylvania and will be serving as the applicant to Pennsylvania’s Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) for the Clarion County COVID‐19 Outdoor Recovery Initiative. This effort is focused on expanding access to inclusive, year-round recreational opportunities that promote physical, mental, and social well-being—particularly for residents in rural Clarion County who face economic hardship, geographic isolation, or other barriers to health and community connection. By investing in a multi-purpose public space, the Initiative is helping create a more resilient and equitable future for some of the County’s most vulnerable populations. Established in 1998, the Children's Scholarship Fund of Pennsylvania (CSF) is a non‐ profit organization that provides financial aid to needy students that wish to attend private elementary & secondary schools in the Clarion County area. For 28 years, the CSF has helped families across Pennsylvania, which include some of Pennsylvania's most rural counties. The CSF of PA has been successfully bringing businesses and schools together with one common goal: to provide families in need the opportunity of having a choice in educating their children. CSF of PA has earned and been awarded the GuideStar Seal of Transparency.
